About Us

Llew has extensive experience with overall lifecycle of renewable (hydro, solar, wind, biomass), new energy (microgrid, batteries) and traditional power generation (coal, gas) assets. He grew up in Tamworth, and after a stint in the city, decided to bring his family home to the region to give his children the same country upbringing he loved.

He specialises in strategic planning, project feasibility/business case preparation, negotiation of project agreements, due diligence and project delivery overview, his experience extends to assets with a combined capacity exceeding ~15,000MW located in Australia, Pacific, SE-Asia and South America.

Llew holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Masters in Business Management and is currently undertaking a Juris Doctor.

Jeremy has over 15 years’ experience in Engineering delivery, Project Management and Technical Due Diligence for utility-scale generation, transmission/distribution and industrial projects. Jeremy holds a PhD from the University of Technology Sydney focusing on techno-economic design optimisation of solar and energy storage systems. A key management and technical contributor to business case assessments for large-scale renewable energy developments, Jeremy has led the feasibility assessment of a hybrid 250 MW pumped hydro, solar and wind project and numerous large-scale behind the meter developments. As Program Director, Jeremy also led the development of a 200 MW portfolio of sub-5MW solar PV projects, from land acquisition through to oversight of operations.

Jeremy grew up on a small farm near Ben Lomond in the New England and was educated at Ben Lomond Public School and Glen Innes High School.

Mark has over 20 years of domestic and international experience in large scale project developments, including energy, resources, infrastructure and industrial projects. Mark has a strong connection to the New England and North West regions, having grown up in Tamworth and now residing in Armidale.

Mark is passionate about regional development and has witnessed first hand the positive effect that responsibly developed large scale developments (such as renewable energy) can have on regional communities.  He hopes that the New England Renewable Energy Zone will bring more people and business to the region to create a more resilient economy for the benefit of all.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science with Honours from UNE and Masters of Business Administration from UWA.

Joel is a project and commercial management professional with 30 years experience delivering projects across a range of industries. His experience in renewables includes solar farm design, wind generation feasibility studies, stakeholder management and project development.

Joel’s connection with Bendemeer spans 4 generations of his family. Commencing in the early 1950’s mining Manganese in Danglemah then following the mineral seam across to Bendemeer Station continuing to mine Manganese and Rhodonite through to the mid 1970’s. Joel continues the family’s connection with Bendemeer through the development of the BREH and is passionate about the community benefits program and the opportunities the project can deliver for the people of Bendemeer & Woolbrook.

Joel holds an Associate Degree of Applied Engineering (Renewable Technologies).

Adam has over 20 years of experience in communications, including renewable energy, community organisations, government and the telecommunications sector.

Adam grew up in the New England region on a family farm in Woolbrook, NSW. Adam currently lives and works from Tamworth, NSW.

Adam has a Master of Business Administration (International Marketing), a Bachelor of Business (Marketing / Business Management) and is a member of the Institute of Managers & Leaders.

Maddie is a communications professional with over 10-years experience in regional Australia, with experience in developing, managing and executing engagement events.

Maddie holds a Bachelor of Communications degree and has worked with organisations across several different industries, including local, state and federal government.

Atlanta has over 10 year’s experience as a communications and marketing professional and holds a Bachelor of Communication and Media Studies and Masters of Business Administration.

Atlanta has worked across various industries, including government, not-for-profit and the private sector and has strong knowledge in strategy, stakeholder engagement, marketing, partnerships, and event management. She grew up in a regional area and is passionate about connecting regional and rural Australians.

Originally from South Africa, Sally moved to Tamworth with her husband and young family in 2022. Her experience covers people and change management, and she has a passion for building relationships. She loves the outdoors and exploring the region.
