Deed and Lease Agreement with Brenchley Group to secure the land required for its 300MW Solar Power Plant
Athena Australia Pty Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Athena Energy Holdings Pte Ltd, Singapore, has signed an Options Deed and Lease Agreement with Brenchley Group to secure the land required for its 300MW Solar Power Plant, located at Bendemeer area in New South Wales, Australia.
This impactful solar power project is valued at $350 million.
Athena is a renewable energy project investor, developer and operator, headquartered in Singapore, with more than 1 GW of projects under development in the APAC region. Athena has established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Athena Australia Pty Ltd, in the State of New South Wales, to undertake the development of this exciting project. The Bendemeer Renewable Energy Hub will also include a 380MW wind energy plant; as well as potentially installing 2-3 hours of battery storage capacity and opportunity to explore Agri-voltaic options. Overall project value is $900 million.
